Anna Honkanen

Hi there, I'm Anna! I'm a science and technology translator, originally from the forests of northern Finland, now living in beautiful southern Sweden. Before becoming a full-time translator, I worked as a research biologist, and my field work took me to wonderful corners of our world like Panama and the Snowy Mountains of Australia. Experiencing living and observing wildlife in such diverse destinations really opened my eyes to the global scale and interconnectedness of humanitarian, environmental, and equality issues. Volunteering allows me to make a meaningful impact on these important topics, and I am proud to be part of the ProZ Pro Bono family!
